Location: the hotel was right by the train station, and the stadium for the Rugby World Cup. Found Eeny Meeny Miny Mo easy walk to the property where I had supper:)))

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is very easy to navigate, being close to the train station, 7 Eleven, and all the local shops and bars. The staff provided good service and the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. The breakfast was good and versatile, offering a variety of options to choose from.

All was alright, nothing major to complain about.

We were just a short stroll away from the historic Funai Castle, which was a great opportunity for us to immerse ourselves in Oita's rich history. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the JR Oita City train station, making it easy for us to explore other parts of the city. The kids especially loved the proximity to the local shops and bars, giving us plenty of options to enjoy some delicious meals and drinks as a family.

My children wanted a larger play area for kids.

i had a recently renovated and big room complete with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. the hotel had a good location to the stadium for the rugby world cup. moreover, it was near yufuin as well as the train station and the castle.

I chose this hotel for attending a meeting as it provided ample space for conferences and meetings. The hotel's facilities including phones, desks, and irons/ironing boards were convenient for my business needs.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and photocopying facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at the Art Hotel. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels in Japan. The bathroom was spotless and easily the best I've encountered. The location was perfect, right near the center of town and the railway line. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my business trip, I found the hotel to be conveniently located in the center of town with easy access to the train station and other key locations. The staff was helpful and accommodating, offering to store my bags before check-in and assisting with payment upon my return from work. The room was spacious and gave me enough space to work and rest comfortably.

Dated facilities, overpriced, and dirty bathroom. However, I was disappointed by the dated facilities and the state of disrepair of the bathroom, which showed signs of neglect and had marks and mold on the shower curtains.

The hotel had a great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and right next to a popular shopping arcade. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. the room came equipped with basic amenities like a hairdryer and a charger for electronics.

The room we stayed in had a strong cigarette odor, presumably from previous guests, which made it uncomfortable for non-smokers. The bed also seemed to be quite small, which might be uncomfortable for someone taller than 5 foot 5.
